Tim is a lifetime native of Alabama, having spent his childhood in Northwest Alabama. After studying at the University of Alabama, he moved to Birmingham where he has made his home since 1993. He has been active in vocal, piano, & organ performance & performance for many years. Tim has written, directed, & performed in over twenty musical dinner theatres. Since 1992, he has judged numerous preliminaries in several states in the Miss America Organization. In 2003, he became a local preliminary director. Miss Alabama 2009, Liz Cochran, was one of Tim’s contestants. He currently works as Event Coordinator for the Center Point Area Chamber of Commerce. In April 2007, Tim was awarded the “Live the Dream” medal of honor from the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce, a distinction also shared by Ruben Studdard, Taylor Hicks and Condoleezza Rice.
