The Miss Hoover Scholarship Pageant is a preliminary to Miss Alabama. The pageant will be held at Spain Park High School – July 24, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.

To compete you must:

  • Be between the ages of 17 and 24.
  • Be a United States citizen.
  • Be either a resident of or attend school in the state of Alabama.
  • Meet character criteria as set forth by the Miss America Organization.
  • Be in reasonably good health to meet the job requirements.
  • Be able to meet the time commitment and job responsibilities as set forth by the Miss Hoover program.
